How do you know when you stressed?
How do you know when you not stressed?
Have you ever thought that maybe you have just adapted to the stress in your life and is it a possibility that you constantly live with stress?
Here’s a ridiculous idea! Imagine stress as an unwelcomed guest in your house. No matter how hard you try to get rid of it, stress won’t move out. Eventually, you give up and learn to ignore this unwelcomed guest.
There are days when you forget stress is living with you and there are days when stress takes over your life and creates havoc!!
I know when I am stressed out, and I have also learned how to keep stress from being an unwelcome guest in my home and my life.
Here is how I learned to get rid of stress!
Firstly and most importantly you need to know when you are feeling stressed. Being able to identify one’s emotions is extremely important.
When you able to recognize your feelings you able to steer those positive and negative feelings away from you.
It’s quite common that people mistake worrying about something with stress. Are you one of those people?
When you stressed you might feel anxious, and your behavior might change. You know something’s wrong, but your mind and body feel like it’s working against you.
Everyone has a different reaction to stress. That’s just how I feel, and it will be entirely different for everyone else. If you feel like I do, please let me know in the comment section.
It’s free to give your opinion, and you might help someone who is suffering from stress.
Remember to Breath!!! As I get older in life and a tiny bit wiser I learned the importance of taking a deep breath and relaxing. It allows you to take charge of the situation you in.
Breathing allows you to take a moment, a break from the situation and your brain begins to balance all the other emotions you feel.
If you still struggling to gain control after breathing. Give yourself a Time-out. Take five or ten minutes to stop and not react to anything. Separate yourself from whatever is stressing you and find a quiet space.
Plan for stress– Sound weird? Who plans to be stressed? Unusual people like me I guess. Think about this for a minute. There are times in our lives when we know precisely when we will be stressed whether it is work, family, relationships, our kids, etc. You can prepare yourself for the stress that’s coming. At that very moment when you aware that stress has once again visited your life, you can deal with it. You know what to do, and it’s okay!!
You are a whole person with a sum of parts
Those parts of you that are not equally balanced can cause you to feel stressed.
Here is news! You can create your stress.
The good news is that you can manage stress in your life or completely get rid of it.
Let’s be realistic; not everyone has the luxury of leading a non-stressful life. But everyone can manage their stress if they choose to.

It is time to evict stress!!
Dear Stress….
Since you don’t know where the front door is, and you refuse to leave my house willingly!
I am evicting you! As of this moment you are not welcomed to live here anymore. Now, I know there are days when you will try to visit, and I may let you in, but that will be my choice, not yours!
There is no room for you in my life anymore. My space is filled with happiness, peace, and tolerance.
Stress, unless you can justify your reasons for shacking up with me for so long, you are an unwelcome guest in my home.
So please shut the door on your way out and remember to stay out!!!
Wishing you all less stress!!
Superlady!
