Easy Pancake Recipe
Who doesn’t love a good breakfast on the weekend? Enjoying a delicious breakfast spread is a great way to spend time with the family and maybe enjoying a board game while you are eating away. We love having our delicious pancakes served with almost anything. My personal favorite is sliced banana & Nutella!!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup cake flour
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- Pinch salt
- 1¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
Method
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Whisk until batter is smooth.
- For a thick consistency leave batter as is.
- For a thin pancake add little extra milk.
