Mirror a smile to someone and see their reaction
This post is dedicated to all those people who smile. Thank you for making the world a friendlier place. Maybe sometime in my life, you smiled at me.
For all those people who choose to walk right past someone and bend their heads downwards to avoid smiling, ask yourself why do you stop your face from making a beautiful curve.
Why is smiling so important?
We cannot see our faces. The people that we walk past on a daily basis and interact with are the only ones that know how we look at that moment. You have no idea what your face is communicating to the world.
A smile is the most beautiful, effortless expression we can have on our face. Are we so busy allowing life to take over our personalities that we don’t stop for a minute to smile at people?
Smiling is contagious. When you smile at the world, the world will keep smiling at you.
Is life tough on you? Are you smiling enough? Maybe you should start with a simple smile. See what a difference a big curve on your face can make in your life.
How can a smile change your life?
- You will look more beautiful than you are- looking beautiful is important to us. If you disagree with me, then ask yourself why do you think about what are you going to wear for the day? Why do you take care of your appearance? Everyone cares about their image. Your appearance matters. Wear a smile! Guess what? Its free and its custom made for your face only!! Your smile is unique. Own it!
- Smiling makes you feel happy– When you are having a rough day, and you are feeling low, stop, breath and smile. Someone is going to smile back at you. I guarantee you that you will feel a little happier that you chose to smile instead of think about how bad your day is going.
- Smiling makes you look friendlier– Do you have trouble finding friends, meeting people? The next time you outside share a smile, and you might welcome a new friend into your life.
- Smiling is good for your mental health- Mental health has become a big problem for many people. Suicides, sickness, diseases have all been caused by our external environment. We take for granted how the world is influencing who we are or who we are becoming. Make a difference to your mental health by smiling. In return, your smile will change someone else’s mental health.
- Smiling is a form of charity– Are you a charitable person? Many people think you need to have the money or material things to give to charity. If you always wanted to make a difference in the world. Start with a smile. It is the best form of charity you can give to someone.
My challenge for you!
Try smiling more this week! Let me know if your smile has made a difference.
Keep smiling and changing the world
